Tigran Musayelyan — AI Enablement Engineer

AI that does
the work — not demos.

I came to AI from training people, not software development. I don’t write code — I assemble production systems from the right tools and make non-technical teams actually adopt them.

I think — the AI does.

01Selected work

Production systems, not demos — each with real output and a defensible number.

Tap any case to open it in full — the problem, the result with how it’s derived, and real screenshots. The build itself stays under the hood.

02How I work
01

I came from training people, not code

Years as a corporate trainer — building programs, running workshops, measuring what changed in people before and after. I optimise for adoption, not cleverness.

02

I think — the AI does

Not AI as a chatbot that replies. AI as an operator inside the workflow. I find where the real pain is in a manual process and assemble a system that simply does the work.

03

Production, not demos

Everything below runs in production — with audit trails, quality gates and human-escalation paths. Measured outcomes, not slide-deck promises.

04

What I don’t do

I don’t write low-level code and I don’t chase model hype. I pick the right tools, wire them together, and make non-technical teams actually keep using them.

03What I can own

AI automation pipelines

Multi-agent orchestration and durable async processing, with self-healing bots wired into real operational workflows.

LLM orchestration & evaluation

Prompt design, multi-model routing, and eval harnesses with accuracy gates and confusion-matrix scoring.

RAG & AI agents

Retrieval pipelines, evidence sourcing with domain firewalls, and agentic workflows that act within set boundaries.

AI enablement & trainingcore

Workshops, no-code frameworks and tool matrices that get non-technical teams shipping their own tools. My core differentiator.

Data & content automation

Scraping at scale, classification, enrichment and AI-vision tasks — turning messy public data into structured signal.

Production integration

Workspace, issue trackers, chat and live C-level dashboards — systems plugged into how teams actually operate.

05The path

From training people to building AI that does the work.

01 · Origin

Corporate Trainer

Built training programs, ran workshops, measured what changed in people before and after. Learned how adoption actually works.

02 · The turn

The ChatGPT lever

Saw a lever, not a toy. Pulled apart how it worked and couldn’t stop — material creation sped up many times over.

03 · The shift

LLM × Automation

Connected LLMs to automation. The moment AI stopped answering and started doing the work inside the workflow.

04 · Now

AI Enablement Engineer

Production systems for a large European automotive retailer and agency clients — plus 6+ workshops turning PMs into builders.
